Initially named Planetary Pickpocket, Planetary Pilfer is a thesis project by Lucy Morcos and Alex Crowder. Both MFA Design and Technology students at Parsons School of Design, they developed a collaborative game in which two users would play simultaneously, one digital and one physical. The digital player would pilot a spaceship in a Unity application, the spaceship would constantly be visiting different planets for fuel, repairs, etc. The physical player would act as a crew member on the ship almost, using a pinball like mechanic to shift the focus of the ship to whatever aspect needed power or repairs such as weapons are fuel.

I was asked to help them build a cabinet to house the electrical components of the physical half of the game which would need to be tiltable yet restricting enough to keep components and wiring from shifting out of place. Using exact measurements of the components we managed to make sure that the pieces fit exactly into place.
This map was commissioned by a Virginia's Fairfax County Hospitals. The map was made from scratch in illustrator for use at the Falls Church offices. The map is not intended to be actual architecturally sound, but to direct traffic through the pediatric check up stations. I used color coded lines to show where the parents should take there children from station to station.
